We would like to draw your attention towards our letter dated 22nd August 2019 about the Outcome of Board Meeting Intimation of Book Closure and Notice of 20th Annual General Meeting.
In this regard we would like to inform that in the Notice of 20th Annual General Meeting in Resolution to Item No. 1 there was a typographical error. In Item No. 1 financial year ended was inadvertently typed as 31st March 2020 instead of 31st March 2019.
Therefore we hereby submitting the revised copy of the Notice of 20th Annual General Meeting.
