Geodesic: Outcome of Board Meeting (AGM on May 10, 2014)

Geodesic Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 17, 2014, inter alia, have discussed and decided the following:

1. Decided that the AGM will be held on May 10, 2014.

2. The Board of Directors discussed on various cases against the Company in the court of law and planned the strategies to contest the same.
