It is hereby informed that the Company at its Annual General Meeting held on July 31 2025 has approved Re-Appointment of M/s CNK & Associates LLP (ICAI Firm Registration No.101961 W/W100036) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years starting from the conclusion of the 105th AGM till the conclusion of the 110th AGM of the Company to be held in the calendar year 2030.
