This is to inform you that with reference to the circu lar issued by BSE vide Ci rcular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and the terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for all Directors Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from Wednesday April 1 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2026.
