Murli Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to take on record and approve the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and Six months ended on September 30, 2014 of the Financial Year 2014-2015.
A meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same date prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to discuss and review the aforesaid quarterly financial results.
Further, the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Companys equity shares for Directors / Employees including Designated Employees from November 06, 2014 and would remain closed until 24 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2014 of the Financial Year 2014-2015.
