Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended (SEBI Listing Regulations) we have to inform you that the Company has declared lay-off as per the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 at the Companys manufacturing unit located at Shikohabad Uttar Pradesh w.e.f. April 3 2021 until further notice.
