Hexaware Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 07, 2018, inter alia, has declared payment of interim dividend @ Re. 1/- per share (50%) on equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. The interim dividend on equity shares as declared in the Board Meeting today shall be paid on Friday, February 23, 2018.
