PCBL: Outcome Of BM

Further to our letter dated 8th October 2020 we wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 (referred to as the SEBI Listing Regulations) the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 16th October 2020 has inter alia approved the following:-

i) Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2020;

ii) Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and six months ended 30th September 2020;
