Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33(3)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), it is to inform you that in accordance with the current practice, the Company in respect of financial year 2018-19, will continue to submit Consolidated Financial Results alongwith Standalone Financial Results from first quarter onwards i.e. quarter ended 30th June, 2018.
