This is in continuation of our earlier communications in relation to the record date fixed for reduction of share capital of the Company.Pursuant to our intimation dated April 02 2026 we had clarified that the intimation submitted by the Company on March 13 2026 wherein the record date was stated as March 25 2026 for reduction of share capital of the public category stands withdrawn.In this regard we hereby further clarify that as per the notice issued by BSE to the Company dated December 05 2025 the record date fixed for the below mentioned reconstitution of share capital as per base resolution plan approved is December 10 2025:
