Hira Ferro Alloys: Board to consider Dividend

Hira Ferro Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2014, inter alia, to consider & transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve Annual Accounts for the Financial Year 2013 -14.

2. To consider and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014, and

3. To consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-14.

Pursuant to the Company?s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and other employees covered under the code from the closure of business hours of May 16, 2014 to closure of business hours of May 25, 2014.
