1. To approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
2. To confirm the re-appointment of statutory Auditor.
3. To confirm the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2016.
4. To confirm the appointment of Secretarial Auditor for financial year 2016-17.
