Consider approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31 2025; andii. Consider and if deemed fit accord in-principle approval for raising of funds through the issuance of securities by way of any permissible mode subject to receipt of necessary regulatory and statutory approvals.
