(including time allowed for e-voting at the EGM) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility along with the declaration of the Voting Results of Remote e-Voting and Electronic Voting of the Resolution put to vote and passed at the EGM of the Company and the Consolidated Scrutinizers Report.
