Amtek India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 02, 2013, have decided to extend the current Financial Year ending June 30, 2013 by 3 (Three) months, so as to end on September 30, 2013, this extended Financial year 2012-13 shall comprise of 15 (Fifteen) months i.e. July 01, 2012 to September 30, 2013.
Further, the Company will publish its Audited Financial Results for 2012-13 for 15 (Fifteen) months period commencing July 01, 2012 and ending on September 30, 2013.
