Libord Securities: Closure of Trading Window

As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 1 2025 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and the half year ended September 30 2025.
