IIFL Finance: Board Meeting Outcome for Intimation For Issuance Of Non-Convertible Debentures On Private Placement Basis

IIFL Finance Limited has informed the Exchange regarding the Finance Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. February 24 2026 whereby the Committee has approved the terms and conditions of issuance of debt instruments in the form of senior secured listed rated redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis.
