In continuation of our earlier announcements dated October 03 2025 and October 08 2025 regarding the submission of the Draft Letter of Offer and the Revised Draft Letter of Offer we hereby submit the 2nd Revised Draft Letter of Offer incorporating the modifications and revisions as advised by BSE Limited pursuant to its review comments received on October 08 2025.Please note that the Company has proposed a Rights Issue of fully paid-up equity shares of face value of ?10/- each aggregating up to ?808.56 lakhs on a rights basis to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company.Accordingly we are submitting herewith the soft copy of the 2nd Revised Draft Letter of Offer dated October 03 2025 for your kind perusal and record.
