Monnet Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
Further, in pursuance of Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to Clause (V) (2.2) of the said Code, Notice is hereby given that the trading window for the Designated Employees shall close 7 calendar days before the date of Board Meeting w.e.f. August 05, 2014 and shall remain closed upto 24 hours after the dissemination of quarterly financial results are made public, i.e. upto the close of trading session of the Stock Exchange on August 13, 2014.
