Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2 (20%) per equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
