Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 14th Day of November, 2018, at 5.00 P.M., at the Registered Office of the Company at 113 Park Street, Poddar Point, South Wing, 5th Floor, Kolkata - 700016 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results(Standalone) of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all directors and designated persons, from Friday, 02nd November, 2018 to Friday, 16th Day of November, 2018 (both days inclusive) in regard to the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company.
