Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed from Wednesday 01st October 2025 till 48 Hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Half Year ended on 30th September 2025 for the Designated/ Connected Persons as per the code.
