We would like to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April 2019 the Trading window for dealing in the securities of Focus Suites Solution & Services Limited shall remain closed for all Designated Persons from Friday 01st January 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2020.
