Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code) and in view of Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations 2015 "Trading Window" for Trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Friday 14th February 2020 to Friday 21st February 2020 and shall re-open on Monday 24th February 2020.
