BAJAJ ELECTRICALS LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve As per Regulation 29(1 )(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 7 February 2019, inter-alia to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31 December 2018.
Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from 1 January 2019 to 9 February 2019 (both days inclusive) for the Directors/Designated persons of the Company.
