Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window
Dear Sir
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and Clarification given by
BSE Limited vide Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02 April 2019 and pursuant to the
Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will
remain closed for all the Directors Promoters Designated Employees and Connected Persons with
immediate effect ie. 1st April 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the
Company for the half year and financial year ended 31st March 2021. The date of the Board meeting to
consider and approve the financial results for the half yearly and year ended 31st March 2021 will be
communicated in due course.
