Shree Rang Mark Travels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2016, inter alia, to take on record and approved the un-audited financial result for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2016 of the Financial Year 2016 - 2017.
Further, the Company will close the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations on August 10, 2016 and the trading window will open on August 18, 2016.
Further, the Company has informed a meeting of Audit Committee of Directors will also be hold on the same dated prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to discuss and review the aforesaid quarterly financial result.
