Bharat Gears: Intimation Under Regulation 30 Read With Schedule III Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

We refer to our letter dated April 16 2026 made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations").Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Regulations we hereby inform you that Mr. Surinder Paul Kanwar Chairman and Managing Director of the Company has intimated the Company that the appeal dated 15.04.2026 filed by him under Section 11 of the Passports Act 1967 against the revocation of his passport has been dismissed by an Order dated July 23 2026 passed by the Joint Secretary (PSP) & Chief Passport Officer (CPO) Ministry of External Affairs which was received by him on July 29 2026.The Company will keep you informed of any material developments in this matter as and when required in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
