The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 13th August 2020 has approved the unaudited financial results both standalone and consolidated for the quarter ended 30th June 2020 (Financial Results).
Pursuant to above-referred regulations we enclose the following documents:
a. Statement of Financial Results.
b. Limited Review reports of the Statutory Auditors on the aforesaid Financial Results;
and
c. Press Release giving highlights of the Financial Results.
The meeting commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 5.30 p.m.
