Advance Agrolife Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Un-audited Financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025 along with Limited review report to be received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company forthe quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2025.Further in continuation of our letter dated December 24 2025 regarding intimation of trading window closure we would like to confirm that trading window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed to all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.
