Kaneria Oil Mill Jetpura-Basantpura Road Borisana Tal-Kadi Dist:-Mehsana-382728.The Register of members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday 5th September 2022 to Monday 12th September 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the above referred Annual General Meeting.This is in due compliance of the relevant Regulations of the Listing Regulations.
