This is to inform you that the Fifty Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Tuesday 131h of August 2019 at 03:00 p.m. at Rama & Sundri Watumull Auditorium Kishinchand Chellaram College Dinshaw Wachha Road Churchgate Mumbai -400 020.

The dividend if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting will be paid on or after 20th August 2019.
