Further, pursuant to above and in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for the shares of Polygenta Technologies Limited (the 'Company) will remain closed from May 19, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
