Nicco Parks & Resorts: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

We wish to inform you that Mr. Rahul Mitra presently serving as Executive President - Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Nicco Parks & Resorts Limited has been appointed as a Director of the Company and upon such appointment elevated and designated as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the company at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e. 27 January 2026 pursuant to the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and subject to requisite approvals. Consequent to the aforesaid appointment Mr. Mitra shall cease to hold the office of the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.The aforesaid appointment as Managing Director & CEO shall be for a term of three (3) years with effect from 27 January 2026 subject to the approval of shareholders and such other statutory approvals as may be required.
