Premco Global: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in the shares/securities of Premco Global Limited (the Company) shall remain closed for all designated persons and insiders from Wednesday April 01 2026 until 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting held to consider and approve the Audited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2026.
