In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that BDL recorded a turnover of Rs.2458 Crore approx. (provisional and unaudited) for the financial year ended on March 31 2023. (corresponding figure for the previous year was Rs.2817 crore). 2. The reasons for shortfall is a) Delay in receipt of imported electronic items and critical explosive materials from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). b) Design changes in the production of naval product. c) Delay in receipt of MR-SAM kits from OEM is also resulted in non-completion of production.3. This shortfall is expected to be recovered in current financial year.
