Excel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct tor Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from July 15, 2015 to July 26, 2015 (Both days inclusive) for trading in the shares of the Company by designated persons as defined in the Code.
