We would like to inform you that in terms of Regulation 30(2) read with clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Mr. Dinesh Kumar (PAN-ABFPK6037K) the Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company by tendering his resignation letter dated 02nd July 2019 with immediate effect citing personal reasons.
The Company will appoint a new Chief Financial Officer (KMP) in due course.
