Globale Tessile: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and trading restrictions placed by the companyss "Internal code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated person and their immediate realtives" we would like to inform that window for trading in securities of the company shall remain clsoe for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from wednesday April 1 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the 04th Qaurter and Financial Year ended on march 31 2026 for the Financial Year 2025-26 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
