In connection with publication of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ending 31 March 2019 Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 shall remain closed from 1 April 2019 to 20 May 2019.
During this period Designated Persons and their relatives shall not trade in CESC shares.
