In continuation of our earlier letter dated 01st March 2019 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Saturday 09th March 2019 inter alia has declared second Interim Dividend of Re.0.70 per equity share of Re 1/- each fully paid-up (70%) for the financial year 2018-2019.
