In continuation to our Letter No. B/SCL/SE/SS/202/2025-26 dated 24th July 2025 we wish to inform you that the annual maintenance activity at the Companys Cement Plant located at Ranavav Gujarat has been successfully completed. We further wish to inform you that operations at the Kiln located at the said plant are scheduled to resume from 9th August 2025. This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with the Companys Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events.
