NESCO Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 10, 2016 have appointed Mr. Sumant J. Patel as the Executive Chairman and have appointed Mr. Krishna S. Patel as the Managing Director of the Company with effect from August 01, 2016 until the completion of their respective tenure.
