Ather Energy: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Ather Energy Limited at their meeting held today i.e. February 02 2026 have allotted 4 94 266 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each to eligible ESOP holders who have exercised their stock options under Ather Energy ESOP 2025 Plan.
