WEP Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that Companys application for approval of the Scheme of Arrangement filed under sections 391 and 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 has been approved by the Honble High Court of Karnataka, Bangalore vide its order dated November 20, 2012. The Company had obtained the copy of the Order on February 08, 2013 and the same is filed with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka on March 04, 2013.
