This is to inform you, that, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulation, 2015 (LODR), that the Company has filed an application under Section 10 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process before Honble Natonal Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad.
