Global Offshore Services: CONTRACT FOR VESSEL M. V. MAHANADI

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Companys recently acquired vessel has secured and commenced a term contract w. e. f. 21st September 2025 for a minimum period of 4 months with extension options of a further 8 monthsThe annual contract value for the said vessel stands at circa Rs. 36 crores.
