Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday 13th February 2024 inter-alia considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2023 along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. AHJ & Associates Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditor of the Company.
