ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from May 24 2019 to May 27 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 108th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 12 2019.
The dividend if declared will be paid on July 16 2019.
