Circuit Systems India Ltd has now informed BSE that the board has appointed Ms. Monica Choraria, proprietor of M/s. M. Choraria & Co. as a Secretarial auditor of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2015.
However, Ms. Monica Choraria passed away on April 09, 2014 causing vacancy in the office of secretarial auditor.
Now the board of directors has appointed Chopra Nayna Parasmalji as a secretarial auditor of the Company to fill vacancy arising due to death of previous secretarial auditor.
